I ordered the wrong colour and instantly sent a message to change the colour of the watch. Tried to ring and it wouldn't go through and live chat does not exist. The watch itself isn't bad. The fact there is no customer service apart from automated emails is worrying if you had a fault etc. Just avoid, it's not worth risking your money
